# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, mango, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, or mixed fruit
02 - 2-3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
03 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 170°F or set dehydrator to 135°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
02 - Combine fruit, sweetener, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
03 - Pour fruit puree onto prepared baking sheet. Use an offset spatula to spread into an even layer approximately 1/8-inch thick, ensuring uniform thickness for consistent drying.
04 - Place baking sheet in oven or dehydrator. Dry for 4-6 hours, or until puree is no longer tacky to the touch and peels away easily from the liner without tearing.
05 - Remove from oven and cool completely. Peel fruit leather from liner and transfer to cutting board. Cut into strips using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
06 - Roll each strip individually in parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
