01 - Brew coffee and pour into two heatproof glasses or mugs.
02 - Stir brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into hot coffee until fully dissolved.
03 - In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
04 - Gently float whipped cream on top of each coffee by pouring over the back of a spoon.
05 - Sprinkle with nutmeg or chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
